I had a great time enjoying the beautiful Kyoto Tower and the lovely Higashi Hongan-ji Temple just a short walk away. the hotel's modern design and warm atmosphere made my stay even more delightful, perfect for walking enthusiasts like me seeking out nearby landmarks and parks.

The design of the hotel is stunning, with beautiful decor in both the lobbies and rooms. The small private garden added a lovely touch, making relaxation easy. While the spa facilities were great, the experience was somewhat marred by a lack of staff availability during peak hours, and the dining options left something to be desired. Despite the impressive ambiance, service inconsistencies hindered a completely seamless stay.

Target audience disappointed guests

The staff was helpful I really appreciated Tippy at reception who went above and beyond to help us with our plans. She really made our time there efficient and smooth. Another highlight was the beautiful pool area, so serene but honestly felt like it should’ve been more kid friendly.

It was certainly pricey but still acceptable.

The spa needs serious upgrades!!! The sauna is way too cramped for relaxation, and the Thai restaurant barely offers any choices with mediocre food. The laundry process should be more transparent regarding costs!!!

Just a well-suited match for a lightning stop in Kyoto with value for money. The shower had great water pressure which I really appreciated after a long day of exploring. Be mindful that dining options can be limited.
